Time for Some Moisture!

Around this time of year outside is getting colder, while the heat is being turned on more often inside.  If your anything like me one of the main problems of this time of year is the heat itself.  It completely dries out my skin, and turns me into a scaly lizard EW.  My face especially suffers from the heat, but there are a couple of products that help me prevent that!  Don't let the dryness of heat take over your life, combat it with some of these moisturizing products!

1.  Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion- by Clinique
This is my absolute favorite face cream on the market.  I have tried EVERYTHING you can think of, and this is the only one that has prevailed for me through out the years.  I have combination skin which means that some places on my face are dry while some places are oily, mainly in my T-zone.  The T-zone is basically the area on your forehead, down your nose and on your chin.  You can tell if these areas are oily because you'll notice problematic pimples in those areas from time to time due to the oiliness of the area.  This is my problem area, but consult with a professional who works for Clinique before deciding which cream is right for you, because they have other that are geared toward different types of skin.  This is the moisturizer I use daily, and it truly quenches my skin.  It doesn't feel oily or slick on my skin, but it also isn't so light that it can't be felt on my skin.  Rather it has the perfect balance, and moisturizes my skin perfectly.  It comes in a pretty decent sizes bottle and lasts be about 3-4 months which is awesome!  Try this line out and I promise you will never use another daily moisturizer ever again! :)
Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion = $23 without a pump and $24.50 with a pump

2.  Turnaround Overnight Radiance Moisturizer - Clinique
I can't say enough about this moisturizer, it seriously is unreal and works wonders on your skin.  I was introduced to this moisturizer by getting a sample size from Sephora, and was hooked from the second I put it on.  This cream is a night cream that says by the morning it makes your skin look better.  At first I was a little weary because usually products that claim to do such far fetched things, don't live up to what they say they will do.  This was far from the truth of this product.  It claims that overnight it helps to reveal a healthy radiance by the next morning by replacing dull, worn out skin cells with livelier, more luminous ones!  To my surprise it did just that.  I applied this at night all over my face and neck and woke up to glowing skin.  Imperfections on my face like pimples or bumps seemed to disappear, and the skin I was looking at was smooth, and glowing.  This stuff is AMAZING and I recommend it to anyone seeking better looking skin.
Turnaround Overnight Radiance Moisturizer= $44 I know its a little pricey but anything that makes your skin look this good is worth every single penny

3. You Rebel Tinted Moisturizer - by Benefit Cosmetics
Usually I am a liquid foundation kind of girl, but when I'm looking for something a little lighter, and less dramatic this is the stuff that I reach for.  You Rebel Tinted Moisturizer is one of the best on the market.  It not only adds moisture to your face it literally covers imperfections, and leaves you with dewey looking skin.  It has ample coverage which is a must for me, but not too much where you look like a cake face.  This is a perfect product that also has SPF in it, which is something that should be in your everyday makeup to prevent signs of aging and sun damage.  I use the regular You Rebel (the red tube) and the color works perfectly on my skin.  If you are of lighter skin, the You Rebel Lite will probably work better on your skin.  But test it out, see what you like and what works best with your skin.   But I promise you this product is amazing, and can replace any foundation!
You Rebel Tinted Moisturizer = $30

So don't let the heaters ruin your skin this winter, DO something about it.  Take care of you skin the way that it deserves by using good products meant to promote beautiful skin.  These are some of my favorite products - now what are some of yours?  I love learning about new products so PLEASE don't be afraid to share your opinion.  Hope you enjoyed :)
