How to Attain a Sleek Hair Look

Are you ever looking for products that will help promote hair that is not only straight, but also sleek and well put together.  Do you ever have fly aways that just can't be tamed, or hair that just won't stay straight? Here are some products that I love right now to help get the hair you've been dreaming of!

1. Got 2B Sleek Blow Dry Lotion
This stuff is literally a miracle in a bottle.  I found it at CVS a while back, and have hooked many people on it along the way.  My hair is not thick by any means, and is naturally straight.  I have used this product in the past with great results, but I would recommend this for women who have naturally curly, thick, or unruly hair.  Even if you don't have this kind of hair, feel free to use this just be careful how much you are putting in.  This product is great because it helps to maintain a straight hair style, while also providing thermal protection for your hair which is a MUST! Never style your hair without a thermal heat protectant. Here are the steps to take to achieve a straight, sleek look:
1.  After showering towel dry your hair thoroughly
2. Brush out any tangles or knots.
3. Depending on the texture of your hair apply the lotion : For thick, long hair spray twice into your hands.  Blend it together by rubbing your hands together then apply it liberally, focusing on the bottom half of your hair where you will be straightening, and avoiding the roots so as to not have a greasy look. For thinner hair literally spray about a pea size, maybe even less into your hands and apply to the ends of you hair only!
4.  Blow Dry your hair with a round brush, clipping hair up and blow drying section by section
5. If your hair is straight and you want a little extra body, refrain from straightening.  If you need a little bit more straighten your hair ( I don't recommend blow drying and straightening one right after each other, it is SO damaging to your hair)
6. Enjoy sleek, straight hair that LASTS (and it really does)
Got2B Crazy Sleek Blow Dry Lotion = $6 at any local CVS/Walgreens

2. Bumble and Bumble Grooming Cream
Bumble and Bumble makes some of the best hair products on the market, and this is no exception.  This product is a combination of natural oils which equals a magnificent styling moisturizer.  There are so many different uses of this product.  Use it on damp hair for the ultimate blow dry, or use it on dry hair to tame fly aways, add body, or even adds texture to hair.  This is the ultimate it cream and is ideal for anyone looking for a polished, timeless look.  The key to any product is the amount that you put in your hair.  For any product TEST TEST TEST before you actually use it to go out somewhere important.  In this case I only use about a pea size amount, and rub it together in my hands before applying everywhere in my hair.  I blow dry my hair section by section, and immediately notice the body and lift that this product gives, while also maintaining a sleek look by taming fly aways.  After I'm finished styling my hair I use the littlest amount to tame my fly aways even more.  If you want more body or hold apply this to all of your hair and then use the Thickening Spray!  This product is amazing, and you will not be disappointed with the results you get from it :)
Bumble and Bumble Grooming Cream = $12 for a smaller size $26 for the biggest size
