1. Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Color Balm = $15 (Clinique)
Something I love is chapsticks or lip balms that have color to them. I have been looking for something that not only moisturizes my lips by also adds a little bit of color. I have been reading up on this product and have read nothing but amazing reviews. You can apply as much as you want for buildable color, or just use a little for moisture and a hint of color. What ever works for you! Can't wait to try this out :)
2. Tarte Amazonian 12 Hour Clay Blush = $25 (Sephora)
I have been hearing AMAZING things about this blush. It is the newest invention of blush which claims it stays on for up to 12 hours. It is also packed with beneficial things like vitamins E and C and beeswax which help to minimize pores for those with oily skin and restores moisture to those with dry skin. This is a must try!
3. Urban Decay Lush Lash System = $42 (Sephora)
Long, lush lashes are so in right now, and there are so many different products on the market that say they promote eyelash growth. I have heard a lot about revitalash, many people saying that it really works. One of the main problems people encounter with revitalash that turns me off to it is that after you use the whole tube and your done your lashes start to fall out a little. It also costs $100 which is a bank buster, so it's not something I would choose. Then I heard about this product. On one side of the wand is a lash revitalizing serum which stimulates growth in your eyelashes. The other side is a conditioning mask which prevents lash loss and breakage. Can't wait to try this!
4. Organix Ever Straight Brazilian Keratin Therapy 30 Day Smoothing Treatment = $15 (Amazon)
I have been asked by a couple of people what I think of Brazilian Blow Outs. I do not know much about the process because fortunately I was born with straight, unfrizzy hair, so I did a little research. What I found out was that this system is basically dangerous for you! The chemicals in it are not good for you, making this a process dangerous and unhealthy! I would avoid it. So instead of spending the insane amounts of money, and putting yourself at risk why not try this system? I have not used it myself but have heard great things about it. This smoothing system will leave your hair frizz free for up to 30 days lowering the time you will have to spend styling it daily!
5. Sally Hansens Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips ($10)
You always look a little more put together when you have manicured fingernails, but sometimes getting to the salon just isn't that easy. These are strips that you apply to your nails, and file down to your correct nail size, They last up to 10 days and are an easy trick to look manicured and polished for a night out on the town. They also have crazy colors/designs that you usually cannot achieve in a salon. So try them out!
Here's some stuff I want to try. Are there any products out there that you have heard about and want to try? Let me know!!
-Kristen
