Ok so everyone has been making ridiculous New Year’s resolutions and it got me thinking, why not strive for achievable resolutions like keeping your hair healthy, promoting ideal skin, or taking better care of your make up brushes? Ha! Ok so these are not all drastic ideas but they are reasonable ideas that will directly impact your life. So here are some ideas for some great products that you should consider purchasing!

This product is amazing especially around this time of year. This is said to provide moisture for your face for up to 24 hours. This formula is a rich and oil free (awesome) cream-gel that is proven to instantly rehydrate skin. Using this daily helps to fortify skin’s moisture barrier, which in turn helps to lock moisture in and block environmental irritants OUT! This is perfect for skin that is truly suffering from the harsh affects of indoor heat. Use it morning and night and instantly notice a change in the look and feel of your skin. At $36 this is a little pricey but in my opinion ALL Clinque products are worth the money.
Benefit Refined Finish Facial Polish
During the winter months our skin is constantly exposed to extreme heat and then extreme cold resulting in skin that is imbalanced and less than perfect. One of the main components of your weekly beauty regimen should be including an exfoliator. Benefit is one of my absolute favorite make up lines ever, and to make their line even more appealing they have skin care products that live up to the Benefit name. This wash is made with seaweed extracts and natural clay that is rich in nutrients, sugars and minerals that are crucial to skins radiance. This product helps to brighten your complexion while gently buffing away a layer of dull, gray skin and minimizing the look of pores! If your face is important to you $22 is not a lot to spend to keep your face looking amazing.
Origins High Potency Night-A-Mins
Why do most girls my age seem to think that night creams are reserved for older women? This product might be the one to change your mind. This is formulated with extra vitamins and minerals that help to repair skin while you sleep. This stuff literally sinks into skin and seems to transform the look and feel in just one use. Have skin that is radiant but also smooth to the touch. $39.50
Burt’s Bees Repair Serum
A serum is definitely something to add to your routine in 2012, and this one is amazing. This product is perfect for people with delicate or sensitive skin or even for those who are looking to minimize fine lines and wrinkles. Many people explain that the actual smell of the product is somewhat like an aromatherapy smell, which is not only soothing to the senses but soothing to your skin. Other people claim that it helps prevent them from getting zits. Whatever your skin may be like, give this stuff a try at $15 it’s probably one of the cheaper products mentioned on here.
Bliss Thinny Thin Chin Neck Firming Cream
Unfortunately as we age, so does our skin, especially the skin on our face and neck. As time goes on gravity tends to make skin on the neck less firm, resulting in sagging skin that resembles something that should be on a rooster.
